Which of these words do you prefer and why?

Hiya,

Yesterday’s question created quite a debate: Does the Law of Attraction work?

Today’s question over on my Facebook page is – which of these words do you prefer and why?

#1 Inspire

#2 Motivate

#3 Teach

I’m intrigued by what you choose and more so by your reasons – I hope you get the time to contribute to the discussion here: Facebook debate

Enjoy

Here’s a reminder of what some of my students have said already about the Program:

Josephine said: “[The Program]… has been the catalyst for relaunching myself on my chosen path. It has really made me think hard about what is going on in my life, …the things I tolerate, the things I detest and the things which are so important to me. I have been able to look at all of these things and recognise the importance which I’ve given to each one of them – negative or positive.

Gareth said: “Now I have completed the program I have come up with a plan to change the parts of my life I am not happy with, I know what direction I want to go in and have set out many steps to make this possible. My finances have gone from in the red to in the black for the first time in 14 years.

Niki said: “The program was instrumental in helping me structure my life and start heading in the direction of the things which mattered to me the most. I have learned so much about myself and who I really am that it quite frankly scares me to think I might never have discovered these things.

Hannah said: “[Since Completing The Program] I feel I find it easier to see things more positively, I surround myself with positive words, I speak positively, I know what I want out of life and that motivates me more to get it. I have changed for the better – but I still need to work on it.

Be sure to set your clock to make sure you are one of the lucky 47!

Enjoy

Transformation

Hiya,

We have been through the Re-formation age – the dictionary describes that as:

“Improving, altering for the better.”

We are journeying through the In-formation age – the dictionary describes that as:

“Knowledge communicated.”

Are we now ready for the Trans-formation age? – the dictionary describes that as:

“Change through Action.”

Are you ready to take action to Trans-form your life? If you don’t, what do you expect to happen? Do you think it’ll magically change on its own? We are entering a new era. The Information age has enabled us to create the Transformation we desire with greater speed than ever before.

There is an almost tangible awakening to personal potential happening everywhere. The tools, strategies, techniques, instruction, teachings and help of every kind are readily available. Often they are right in front of our noses.

Take action for your own Transformation today.

Enjoy

Are you too old to change?

Hiya,

Some people have questioned whether they are too old to read my book because it might be too late for them to change. Rather than try and convince them or you that you’re never too old to change I thought I’d post the story of Burt Goldman from p.291 of the book…

“Burt Goldman is about 84 years old (at the time of writing this). In his life he has travelled the world and studied under many masters of thought. He has an online community with hundreds of thousands of subscribers that turns over millions of dollars each year.

He is also an award winning photographer and prolific artist that sells his paintings for thousands of dollars each. He also plays the piano and writes his own music – well he is 84 after all, he’s had a long time to achieve all these things.

Except…

He only started when he turned 80!

That’s right, at the ripe old age of 80 Burt decided to turn his mind to achieving things he’d been thinking about for a long time but never got around to. Thankfully he had been training his mind for many decades and therefore knew how to apply himself to each goal.

Guess what? So can You.

That’s right – it’s never too late to learn something new or apply something you know. It just takes the desire to do so. So if one of your excuses is: ‘it’s too late for you’ – take a lesson from Burt, the moment you take your last breath is when it’s actually too late.”

To learn more about Burt Goldman go to: http://www.QuantumJumping.com

So, now what do you think?

Photos from the book launch…

Hiya,

I thought I’d indulge and share some of the photos from my book launch.

It was held in the Library Room of my local country pub near Windsor,

And the chair I sat and signed books in, is the chair that I often wrote and made notes about the book when I needed to get away from the office for a while – over a couple of pints (they lubricate the ideas!).

It was a great day and I thank all those that turned up and made it a brilliant occasion.

My cousin thought that the cake was a hard back version of the book and tried to open it!! 🙂

Do You Even Know What’s Holding You Back?

Hiya,

Today I wanted to ask if you ever get the feeling that you could achieve more if you just knew HOW.

Do you have a default emotion when you are feeling stressed or depressed or demotivated?

Do you feel Angry? Sad? Hopeless? Resentful?

All of these emotions can be valid in certain circumstances but they are unhealthy if felt regularly and as a default.

Do you understand WHY you feel these emotions at the times you do? And I don’t mean someone let you down and now you’re angry with them, I mean WHY are you angry?

If you want to delve into those questions a bit deeper I’ve created some online video training to celebrate the launch of my book:

“How To Change Your Life One Day At A Time”

and it’s absolutely Free!

Just go here:  http://www.howtochangeyourlifeonedayatatime.com/

Watch the intro video and if you want to go through the training simply insert your name and email and they’ll be delivered direct to your inbox.

Take the opportunity today to enhance your Affirmations

Hiya,

A couple of weeks ago I suggested you take the opportunity to create some Affirmations.

Then I promised I’d show you how you can enhance those Affirmations with one little trick – this is that post.

Noah St John, author of ‘The Secret Code Of Success’ encourages us to turn affirmations (positive statements about ourselves) into questions. He calls them Afformations.

The idea is that the mind wants to answer questions – it’s wired that way. So whilst it’s good to say to yourself each and every day: “I am so happy with my… partner or job or children or level of abundance.” or whatever.  It’s actually more powerful an exercise to ask: “Why…am I so happy with my…?” After asking, our mind runs off to go and find relevant information to be able to answer it. It actively searches for evidence of why you’re so happy with whatever it is.

This is a great exercise and one that I practise as often as possible – one caution though – make sure you keep your questions positive! If you ask: “Why don’t I have enough money?” for instance your mind will find the answers and evidence of that for you. The result might demo- tivate you instead of inspire you.

To find out more about Noah St. John visit: http://www.NoahStJohn.com

Take the opportunity today to create a win-win situation with someone you don’t like.

Hiya,

A few pages of my book are dedicated to creating win-win outcomes to certain situations. This is possibly the most difficult and challenging but give it some thought today. If you can succeed with this one I’m sure you can succeed in any circumstance.

So how do you go about creating a win-win situation with someone that annoys you? Well, that’s probably the hardest thing of all. When we don’t like someone we automatically set our competitive button to ‘max’. Instinctively we want to create a win (for me) – lose (for them) situation with hopefully a good portion of humiliation thrown in. But that’s not going to help us in the long term is it? No.

By working at creating a win-win situation you are probably going to set their ‘suspicion’ gauge running at the beginning, but with a bit of authentic reassurance you’ll find that most people will end up trying to meet you halfway. If you succeed, your relationship with this person will improve no end. Maybe they are a neighbour that complains about the noise, or a work colleague that criticises your work regularly, or maybe someone in your football team who’s sense of humour you dislike. Whatever the context, give it a try – the rewards could be very surprising. Many have found best friends this way.

Good luck and enjoy

Stu
