In this second part of making a BIG decision I’ll be discussing:

Understanding cost v. opportunity cost
Understand required resources
Understanding required time needed
Can this be done by someone else ie: delegated?
Where might this decision lead?
Who might help?
Projecting one year ahead

Now that you have decided to move forwards, whether that’s getting a new job, a new career, or starting your own business, you need to think a little deeper. Some of these may seem obvious, but when you are in an emotional state sometimes the obvious is hidden.
