What are you afraid of?

Stuart Young, London, UK

Take the opportunity today to do something a bit scary!

When we do something scary we step towards our fear, even if it’s only a small step, even if it’s only a little fear. This is good practise for stepping towards something a lot scarier. This makes it easier to face even bigger fears.

Maybe that’s asking for a raise at work – a step towards it might be to imagine (or even write down) your ideal conversation with your boss.

Maybe you’re considering changing your job – in that case start by writing a list of all the skill sets you have and match them up to potential opportunities you have available (my new book can help you with this).

Make a habit of doing something a little bit scary and pretty soon you’ll be addressing those fears that have been holding you back from living the life you always dreamed of.

Baby steps lead to toddler steps, which lead to infant steps which lead to hops, skips and jumps – eventually leading to great big enormous leaps.

Take the first step today.

Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it. ” ~ Jack Canfield

PS: If you are having trouble seeing a way out of your present job situation then grab a no cost copy of my new eBook ‘Do You Hate Your Job?‘ right here. And start stepping towards your fear today.
