The first step to creating your dream life.

Stuart Young, London, UK

This is December 11th of my book:  ‘How To Change Your Life One Day At ATime‘.

Take the opportunity today to practice your vision.

This is the first step to creating your dream life.

By that I mean rather than seeing what is, see what can be.

Many of the guides in my book are similar to each other, that’s not because I couldn’t think of enough, on the contrary, I have enough to fill two books. The point is that sometimes we need to look at the same thing from different angles sometimes. To get a different perspective.

So, I urge you again today to imagine what your life could be like. Visualise what you want it to be like. Meditate on the way you want to live. Daydream about how you will live each day. These tactics get easier the more you do them, so practice. Meditate one day, daydream the next.

Visualise on another day and imagine the next. As I’ve mentioned many times in the book already, when you do this you allow your subconscious mind to start showing you the way.

We are all wise beyond our conscious thoughts, we just need to allow ourselves to be. And that takes practice.

  1. no doubt, dreaming is key to having a dream life.
Meditating and daydreaming all have their roles to play.
    Great thoughts, my friend.
