I learnt this technique from Lisa Sasevich (the Queen of sales conversion and developer of the Invisible Close) whilst she was being interviewed by John Assaraf. It stands for:
Listen – to your intuition
Act – on what you feel, and
Trust – yourself and the action you are taking in response
This is great advice. All too often we allow our minds to get in the way and cast seeds of doubt over our plans. Apply this process daily to each and every circumstance that arises.
