How easy is it to brightens someone day?

This is September 19th of my book:  ‘How To Change Your Life One Day At ATime‘.

Take the opportunity today to bake some biscuits or a cake and give to a neighbour.

You ever had a neighbour come around to yours with a freshly baked cake or some biscuits? It’s great isn’t it? Even if you haven’t, can you imagine how nice it would be?

Pass that on to someone else today – if you can’t bake or don’t have the time, buy a little pack of something from the shop and put them on your nicest plate and present them to a neighbour.

You’ll brighten their day! (And your own.)

Let’s face it it, a nice creamy chocolate cake does a lot for a lot of people; it does for me! ” – Audrey Hepburn

  1. Wonderful thought. It is a great thing if we can do something for someone to brighten up their day. Sometimes it may mean a lot to them when we make them realize that they are being cared. This also helps to strengthen the bond between people.

  2. always love this!…a neighbor brings my husband “Handyman” magazines when she is through with them…Just pops in…and hands them to him…I know he enjoys this little treat …
an easy way to stay connected to neighbors and friends…
