Hiya,
I was pondering the other day about seeds and bulbs and how when you look at them, to the untrained eye, it’s hard to tell what they will grow into.
Similarly, with ourselves, it’s hard to see our full potential – but it’s there!
So, how can we identify the plant from the seed or bulb?
By learning about them.
How can we understand ourΒ own full potential?
By learning about ourselves and what makes us tick.
I wonder what MY full potential is.
I wonder what YOUR full potential is.
Who’s up for finding out?
Enjoy
Stu

In that case Jo, start with writing an opportunities list. Write down EVERY opportunity that you have at the moment, no matter how far fetched it is, no matter whether you think you can achieve it or not – write it down. π
