Take the opportunity today to write down 10 things you like about your life.


Whether you think you like your life or not doing this little exercise
will reveal some surprises – maybe. You’ll get to 6 or 7 with ease but
then you might have to think a bit. If you find it really easy,
possibly you have some frivilous ones in there; I like my cuddly toy
collection for instance. If you got to 10 without a blink of an eye
try another 5 or 10. The idea is to ‘think’ about what you like about
your life. The harder you think the more you’ll come up with. Do a
list of a hundred if you want.

When you’ve finished, read that list over and over for a few days. Let
it sink in just what a great life you already have.
