In the same vain as decluttering find just one thing today that you
don’t need or want. We all have them. In fact we all have many of
them. My other half yesterday sorted through our kitchen pots and pans
and utensils and found a whole load of things we have two or more of.
She has taken them to her young cousin who is starting Uni soon.
They’re going to a good and appreciative home where they’ll be used
and not left in the back of the drawer or cupboard for years.
Your own items could come from your kitchen or your wardrobe or your
garage or your attic or…you get the idea.
Once you have managed it with one item there’ll be no stopping you.
Careful though – apply the three guides in the title above before
getting rid of anything. At the end of today you WILL feel lighter –
even if you’re exhausted.
